ZEN AFRIQUE is a small, informal guest house situated on the banks of the picturesque Scheerpoort River near Hartbeespoort Dam. This hidden treasure offers the perfect antidote to the modern stresses of city life.

On offer are three double  rooms (main en-suite) and one single bedroom. Shared facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom, lounge and dining room. A swimming pool and huge lapa overlooking the Scheerpoort River completes the picture.

In keeping with the nature of Zen Afrique we do not offer any electronic entertainment, but portable devices (and non-intrusive sound levels) are acceptable. We are not a party venue, but cater for those who would appreciate a natural, peaceful environment in which the odd spider or bug might be encountered.

Zen Afrique will gladly accommodate health/art/craft  workshops if you are in need of a venue close to nature.
